SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging/tags intact.
  • We do not accept returns for items that appear worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

To initiate a return, please email help@husslaire.com with your Order Number, and Reason For Return. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your item is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please include clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Your Rights

This policy does NOT affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
